Description of the Property
Lake Oroville Vacation home sits on 40 acres in a beautiful setting of oaks,
manzanitta and huge moss rocks while overlooking the coastal range,
valley and Lake Oroville. You can take in the most beautiful sunsets,
sunrises and star lit skies at night on the patio or the2000 square foot of
porches.
Quiet, Quiet, Quiet the kind of silence you can't even imagine
Features of the Property.
Living room has large flat screen tv/satellite, large fireplace and much
seating for large groups. There are two areas with large dining tables that
are set to feed 12 plus. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space with
two sink areas and large island. There are three ovens, two dishwashers
and two refrigerators and a wolfe stove. This kitchen will include all the
conveniences for cooking any type of meal and all the types of dishes to
serve in to complete your time away in the country. There is a large porch
off the kitchen and living area.
Many other rooms for everyone to roam. A parlor with large couch (opens
to queen bed) fireplace and views out the bay windows. There is a large
den/game room with pool table, games and old records. A small sitting room
with sunset views, puzzle table, and reading chairs.
There are seven bedrooms, all with their own bathroom (6 whirlpooltubs
and 1 walk in shower for handicap), TV's, private entrances and beautiful
views from each one. Two lakeview bedrooms with king, one valley view with
king, three bedrooms have a queen and one bedroom has a full size crib,
queen bed,. There is a room with play area with toys, books, puppet theater
and kitchen set for children. There is a sofa with queen in the parlor with
fireplace. We have a portable crib and three futons for sleeping.
The Lake Oroville country home is so wonderful for large family get
togethers (kid and pet friendly).
It can be very elegant if needed for special adult get aways.
There could be a housekeeper available or gourmet meals served with
prior arrangements.
